With May Day, published at Changeling Press, for example, most of their coverart is done with CGI software. Of course, I had my input and went through several mock-ups before I was happy. Though most contracts specify that the publisher has final say-so in the title of the work and the coverart, I've been lucky so far that the publishers and I have more often than not agreed on both.
